Job Summary:

Stock is looking for a candidate to take on the role of Account Manager. In this position you will manage the day to day responsibilities of fielding inbound sales opportunities, putting together client pricing proposals, updating clients on delivery dates, and entering info into our CRM. You will also be the point of contact for existing customer re-orders.

Responsibilities:

• Field inbound sales opportunities
• Keep customers updated on delivery timelines
• Put together pricing proposals
• Stay in touch with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and manage re-orders
• Keep CRM up to date
• Eventually nurture your own book of business

Required Skills/Experience:

• Technologically savvy
• Hyper-organized
• High attention to detail
• Process oriented
• Creative and resourceful
• Experience in CRM management is preferred but not required
• Experience in inside sales is preferred but not required
• Experience with Shopify is preferred but not required

Compensation:

• Base + Variable Bonus
• Both are flexible, dependent on candidate’s experience
