FAQs

We have a showroom on Fulton St. in Chicago's West Fulton Market neighborhood that is appointment only. Contact us at info@stockmfgco.com to set something up.

We stand behind our aprons as being the toughest, hardest-working aprons on the market, and the absolute best value for your money. We are so confident in them, that we're willing to put our money where our mouth is. For as long as you own this Stock apron, we will happily repair any damages that come with the normal wear and tear of daily use. This means re-attaching a strap, replacing a piece of broken hardware, or stitching up a pocket tear. All you have to do is send it back to us (or bring it by if you're in Chicago) and we'll take care of the rest. Just a heads up though; we won't cover lost aprons, or damage that comes from improper use, or other things that are out of our control. IE: If you burn your apron, or spill a gallon of red paint on it..there's not much we can do for you there. Although we know a good place you can buy a replacement!

Glad you asked! We work with hundreds of the top hotels, restaurants, bars and cannabis dispensaries in the country. Take a look here to see a selection!

Not at all! We offer robust custom solutions, but we also have in stock, no minimum products right on the website. Feel free to reach out to learn more!

Not at this time, sorry!

We pre-launder every garment to reduce chances of shrinkage. Every item is different though. Some items will shrink more than others, depending on fabrics.

Drying something on High heat will tend to shrink a garment more than drying on low, or hang drying. Before washing, make sure you check to see if a garment is dry clean only.

We sure do! Shipping to anywhere in the world is free with a purchase of more than $250.

For orders under $250, shipping is a flat rate of $14.95 to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, and $29.95 to any other country.

All international orders are shipped via USPS, and please note that some countries will charge the recipient customs taxes and other additional fees.

We accept any returns within 30 days of purchase. Item must be unused, with tags still on. Customer will be refunded in full, but the cost of shipping the return is the customers responsibility.

Yes, but not exclusively. Our aprons, face masks, tees and some small batch goods like vests and work shirts are Made in the USA, primarily Chicago (with some in LA).

We began manufacturing more overseas starting in late 2018, as our business shifted primarily to workwear. We needed access to factories with larger scalability, as well as lower prices in order to be competitive in our market.

Not at all! In fact, we've seen upticks in quality in our core shirts (oxfords and chambrays).

Quality is driven primarily by using good textiles, high end machines and skilled labor. We are working with specialized factories with extremely high levels of quality control.

Our products may be a bit less expensive, but there is no slip in the quality!

Glad you asked! Go here to find out how we got started, why we are doing what we’re doing, what we hope to accomplish in the future, and more.
