This exclusive evening brings together four of Chicago’s most influential chefs for a collaborative masterclass. Led by legendary Chef Bill Kim (the force behind Urbanbelly and The Table at Crate), the team includes Chef Matt Eckfeld (Dimmi Dimmi), Chef Craig Couper (Michael Jordan’s Steak House), and Chef Jeremy Pyrzynski (The Table at Crate). From soulful handmade pastas and classic steakhouse finesse to bold Asian-inspired flavors, this dinner represents a cross-section of Chicago’s diverse dining landscape.
The Experience: This is a rare opportunity to see these four culinary leaders working side-by-side in our intimate loft kitchen. Breaking down the wall between chef and guest, the evening will feature a narrative-driven menu where each course highlights a different signature style from CRG’s portfolio of restaurants.
