Campfire Jamboree 2024

 

In September 2024, we gathered 50 of our closest partners and friends in the Wisconsin woods for our fourth Campfire Jamboree. Hosted over three unforgettable days at the beautifully-restored Camp Wandawega — a 1920s scout camp with its own cabins, lake, and forest — this year’s lineup of chefs was truly unparalleled.


We were honored to welcome Chef John Manion of Brasero and El Che (our organizing partner), Chef Zach Engel of Galit, Chef Oliver Poilevey of Obelix and Le Bouchon, Chef Mindy Segal of Mindy’s Bakery, Chef Andrew Lim of Perilla, and Chef Michael Ciapciak of Bang Bang Pie. They put together five extraordinary meals, all cooked outdoors over an open fire. Big thanks to Wittingham Meats for their support!

Each dish was perfectly paired with wines from Terrazas de los Andes, while Cara Cara Club, with support from Moët Hennessy, kept the cocktails flowing. We also enjoyed endless brews and THC seltzers from Hopewell and Choom, plus morning coffee from Metric — all set to a soundtrack by Pineapple Audio, with live performances by Tanner Dane.



The Campfire Jamboree blends the rich culinary culture of city life with the peaceful backdrop of the wilderness — with an epic Rock, Paper, Scissors tournament thrown in for good measure. Heaven!
